Former Employee of Foxconn into Jail for Information Leakage

In the end of last year when Apple’s iPad2 had not entered market, copycat iPad2 grabbed the business opportunity to precede in introducing iPad2’s protective sleeve and sell it on the US CES show. After investigation by the public security department, it is the former employee of Foxconn who leaked the information.

  Recently, the first instance of this globally-concerned case on infringement of trade secret was announced, sentencing the director and employees of the electronic accessories company concerned to prison and fines.
