After one year, the case that Kaixinren InfoTech Co., Ltd. Prosecuted OAK Pacific against their trade mark infringement and unfair competition was trialed in Beijing Second Intermediate People’s Court today. The court sentenced Oak Pacific to compensate 400 thousand Yuan to the plaintiff for unfair competition.

  It is known that on March 2009, the owner of www.kaixin001.com lodged a suit against the Oak Pacific and required them to stop the use of “Kaixin” as name of their website, which evoke wide concern from this industry and the public.

  After the trial, the court judged Oak Pacific to compensate the plaintiff 400 thousand Yuan for using same or similar name. The true of false Kaixin website are finally judged.
